oue.ai is a suite of 16+ AI-powered products spanning education, health, finance, spirituality, and legacy — all targeting a single mission: help people organize, understand, and execute the most important responsibilities of their lives. We are looking for a founding engineering and product leader who can architect the platform, build the team, set technical direction, and move fast without breaking the things that matter. This is a principal-level individual contributor role with clear path to full VP authority as the team grows. You'll work directly with the founder.

You'll own full features end-to-end — from database migrations and API routes to polished React UIs. We build on Next.js 15 App Router, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Supabase. You'll ship across 16+ products, each solving a real human need from education tracking to estate planning.

You'll design and implement AI-powered features — document understanding, smart suggestions, natural language interfaces, and structured extraction. We use Anthropic Claude and the Vercel AI SDK. You care about accuracy, latency, and prompt quality as much as code quality.

Our users are tracking a child's milestones, writing their will, finding a life partner, and caring for an aging parent. You'll own end-to-end design: flows, components, interaction patterns, and visual polish — then work directly with engineers to see it shipped.

Our products touch wills, insurance policies, retirement accounts, child development, and spiritual traditions. You'll write UI copy, help text, guides, and in-product content that is accurate, compassionate, and genuinely useful.
